Accessing your email control panel (IMail)

Please refer to the URL provided in your Welcome Letter. In most cases it will be http://mail.example.com:8383/ Simply replace example.com with your domain. Login with your username and password where your email address is in the form of username@yourdomain

Changing your password

Once logged in users should change their default password for security via the Change Password link in the Account Options dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the page.

Your Personal information

To change the user information that is sent in the Headers of your email select the Change User Information link in the Option Area. Enter your information and click Save.

Adding POP Email accounts / Users:

Select User Administration from the Administrative Account Options dropdown menu
In the User Administration screen, click the ADD button. Enter UserID (the UserID will be the POP account name - i.e. userid@example.com)
Name Fields are Optional
Enter User Password and Confirm

We suggest leaving the Max Messages and Max Size fields blank.

Check the Allow Web Access box to allow the user to access their email through the Web Interface by logging in as userid@example.com with their password. Click Save When Done

Forward your email to your current account

From your IMail Control Panel, you may also Forward your domain email to another email account with the Change Mail Forwarding Information option in the drop down Preferences menu. Simply login to the user you want to Forward email from and enter the email address you wish to forward your email to (i.e. yourname@aol.com) and click Save.

Vacation Replies or Autoresponders

Select the Change Vacation Message option and enter the message you wish to send back to all people that send email to you. To disable this feature simply clear all text out of the box and Save the changes.

Signature Files

To add a signature File to the bottom of all outgoing messages select Change Signature, enter in the text you want displayed and click Save.

Security

When checking your email via the Control Panel we urge you to click "Check if you are on a public terminal and wish to expire page views " on the login page. Also press the Logoff button when finished. These will prevent other users to pull your email out of the browser's cache.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists can be enabled for your account for a setup fee of $19.95 and 9.95 per month per 1000 users. This will allow you to send an email out to a list of email addresses by simply sending your message to one email address which then delivers the email to all of your subscribed users.

Note: This is not to be used for unsolicited email or Spam. Your list will be shut down if used for this purpose.
